What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs through insightful questioning and recommend insurance plans that meet their unique objectives.
• Effectively explain pricing, coverage options, key features, benefits, specialised services, and a wide range of product choices.
• Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Show resilience and maintain high levels of motivation while handling a high volume of consecutive calls.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
  
  

What You'll Bring
