About the Role

The People and Culture Business Partner plays a pivotal role in partnering with leaders across the organisation to shape and execute people strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand business needs and set the people agenda that supports business growth.
  • Leverage people data and analytics to inform strategic people decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of people from attracting, hiring, growing, managing to off-boarding.
  • Champion cultural alignment, helping leaders embed values, create inclusive environments, and support employee wellbeing and recognition.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide timely, pragmatic advice on employee relations issues, including conduct, conflict resolution, absence management, and grievances, ensuring alignment with policy and legislation.
  • Help to implement people and culture initiatives such as engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, onboarding improvements, and leadership development offerings, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of each business unit.
About You

We're looking for someone who is highly developed in written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working in ambiguity, and has a roll-up-sleeves attitude to work in a lean team without lots of supporting technology infrastructure.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
  • Strong strategic and operational HR expertise.
  • Proven knowledge of employment law and compliance.
