The Opportunity:
- Support and work closely with the agency Founders and senior management team to develop and expand the client/talent base
- Be an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful point of contact for your clients
- Develop and manage the sponsorship and delivery of projects for your clients, from conception to completion
- Stay informed and up-to-date with global trends across all social platforms
- Support your team and ensure your key stakeholders are always informed/up-to-date
- Budget forecasting and planning
You:
- Currently live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Have proven experience (at least 3-4 years) working in talent management, either working within the modelling, public relations, talent or influencer management or casting industry
- Familiar with using social platforms, including; YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch
- Describe yourself as ambitious, motivated, switched-on and calm under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Well-networked
- Experience using Slack and Google is ideal
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
