You will support the management team in driving sales and operational excellence, playing an integral role in the store's success.Enjoy up to 40% off Accent Group brands including Hype, DC, Platypus, Dr. Martens, Glue, and moreWork with premium products alongside fellow passionate sneaker enthusiastsOpportunities for progression within the business with ongoing training and supportRole & Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service with premium productsWork collaboratively to achieve sales and KPI targetsProcess large volumes of stock efficientlyPick and pack click and dispatch ordersAssist in maintaining store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaningMaintain a positive, proactive attitude to effectively sell to customersRequirements for Success:Full availability from November to mid-January 2026, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's DayRetail experience preferred but not essentialA passion for streetwear and sneaker cultureAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic team environmentSelf-motivated with a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIsAt Accent Group Limited, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity.
