We are partnering with Independent Schools Victoria (ISV) to appoint a strategic and visionary executive to lead their professional learning portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly expanded Executive Leadership Team and shape the future of education across more than 230 member schools and 145,000 students. Be part of a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation committed to ensuring every child can find a school where they truly belong. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this is a rare opportunity to shape strategy at the highest level and have a direct influence on the future of education in Victoria. As a key voice at the leadership table, you\'ll contribute to work that is both varied, meaningful and impactful.

Job Description
  • Lead the design and delivery of high-impact learning programs for Education professionals
  • Collaborate with thought leaders and build trusted networks.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in learning design.
  • Contribute to ISV\'s strategic direction and member value proposition.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Professional Learning should have:

  • Deep expertise in professional learning theory and practice.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic program design and delivery.
  • Outstanding facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership capabilities.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to innovation and equity.
