About The RoleTo assist the Principal in the general educational leadership, management and administration of a school or college.
Period of AppointmentOngoing - Start date of 1 January 2026
Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.
Hours per fortnight70 hours per fortnight
Essential Requirements- Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)
- A registered teacher with full registration within the meaning of the Teachers Registration Act 2000.
- Qualifications as established by the Tasmanian Industrial Commission in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award, 2005.
- Four years or more training as defined in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award 2005.
