Join Wesfarmers as a Cyber Threat Intel Analyst within the Group Cyber Security (GCS) team. The GCS team leads strategy, architecture and risk approaches for cyber security across the Wesfarmers Group, embedding robust cyber practices and coordinating incident response and intelligence activities across the Group.
What You'll Do- Operate proactively to establish strong, effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Develop and deliver timely threat intelligence reporting for executive and divisional stakeholders based on threat monitoring and intelligence collection, including supporting the development of a group-wide central threat repository, threat library and threat profiles
- Continuously analyse threat intelligence from internal and external sources to derive actionable insights for the business to inform cyber threat preparedness and investments
- Stay up to date with emerging cyber threat trends to support forward-looking threat preparedness within the Wesfarmers Group
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar threat intelligence role within a large, complex environment
- Understanding of CTI frameworks, approaches and methods and cyber security frameworks (e.g. MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF)
- Experience in creating cyber threat profiles considering current and emerging threats, actors, techniques and trends
- Experience in providing actionable insights and reports to key stakeholders as it relates to threat intelligence
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and present complex topics clearly
- Ability to collaborate with multiple organisational levels and stakeholder types
- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment by regularly going above and beyond to deliver great results
- Outstanding initiative and determination to persist through challenges
- Humility, reliability and a collaborative team player
- A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Intelligence or related discipline
- General industry certifications in cyber security and intelligence
