We're on the hunt for a driven, client-focused team player who upholds a professional approach to their work and wants to build a long-lasting career in Property Management with Place.

A Typical Day Could Include The Following

• Participate in duties including, but not limited to; ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management and lease renewals
• Using your client centric mindset and strong communication skills to nurture relationships with landlords and tenants alike
• Complete routine inspections and reporting
• Complete physical entry and vacate reports (e.g., written report, photos, update PM database, virtual tour of property)
• Complete onboarding forms, recording the assets at the property and handover condition for all new business properties
• Attend any ad hoc out of office appointments (i.e., meeting valuers at properties for valuations, dropping and collecting lockboxes to properties, re-inspecting of vacate items after tenant has attended)
• Support the Property Management Team Leader and wider team with additional administrative tasks
  
  

About You

• You have a passion for Real Estate and a genuine interest in looking to grow and develop your Property Management career at Place.
• You hold a current QLD sales Registration Certificate (or are in the final stages of completing)
• You hold a current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle
• You have a can-do attitude and a willingness to work through problem solving
• You pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery
