At Talent Solution Partners, we're excited to be recruiting a Store Manager to lead this brand-new boutique. From day one, you'll play a key role in shaping the store culture, building your team, and delivering the kind of experience that customers will remember.

About the Role

You'll report directly to the Head of Retail and be trusted with full responsibility for the store — from the very first stock delivery to the first customer who walks through the door. You'll hire your team, lead the opening, and set the tone for what success looks like in-store.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building from the ground up, has a passion for people and product, and wants to be part of something exciting and growing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of launching and running the new boutique, from pre-opening setup to daily operations
• Recruit, onboard, roster and lead a team of casual retail staff, building a high-performance culture
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with the brand's premium positioning
• Set and exceed sales targets through strong team motivation and commercial thinking
• Manage inventory, stocktakes and all back-of-house processes with precision and care
• Execute localised marketing initiatives and in-store activations in partnership with head office
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising
• Be a culture and brand ambassador from day one — shaping how customers and your team experience the brand

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or senior leadership role
• Experience in new store openings is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and people development skills — you know how to build and grow a team
• Customer-obsessed with a warm, confident, and approachable presence
• Commercial mindset with the ability to read and act on sales data and performance metrics
• Highly organised with strong time management and operational abilities
• Experience with retail platforms like JIFI or Shopify is an advantage
