Are you passionate about events, business development, and building strong client relationships? Do you want to be part of the Australian Turf Club (ATC) - one of Australia's most exciting events and entertainment organisations?

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our high-performing Sales team, selling meetings and events across all 4 venues in Sydney.

From large-scale conferences to gala dinners and private celebrations, you'll be at the forefront of showcasing our venues and turning opportunities into unforgettable experiences for our clients.

DAY TO DAY, THE ROLE WILL:
  • Supporting our Business Development Managers by preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Managing all inbound sales enquiries via phone and inbox, ensuring every potential client receives a seamless, professional, and engaging experience.
  • Contributing to the growth of ATC's Meetings & Events business by converting opportunities into bookings.
  • Collaborating with a passionate team to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional client service.
THE RIGHT FIT

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

  • A motivated self-starter with a passion for sales, events, and hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills when preparing proposals and handling multiple enquiries.
  • Experience in events, sales, or hospitality is highly regarded, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
