You will lead delivery of a high‑value industrial project —a strategically positioned precinct in Melbourne's west. The development is valued at approximately $17 million and reflects a dynamic, quality‑driven approach characteristic of leading industrial property firms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full accountability for end‑to‑end project delivery—from inception through commissioning.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Oversee scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders (clients, authorities, subcontractors).
  • Report regularly on project progress, budget performance, and milestone achievements.

Required Experience & Skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects in Victoria.
  • Strong budget and time management capabilities, ideally on projects in the $10-25 million range.
  • Proficiency in project controls, contract administration, and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of Victorian building regulations and HSE requirements.
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
