As an Informatica Engineer, you'll play a key role in simplifying, modernising, and scaling our systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Develop and maintain Informatica applications to ensure system stability and performance.
• Apply systems expertise to deliver high-quality solutions to the business.
• Provide technical and domain consultation to improve solution robustness and support application systems.
• Contribute to cost estimation during design and development phases with architects, BAs, PMs, SMEs, and solution providers.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders in a complex project environment.
• Ensure compliance with Westpac's standards and regulatory obligations.

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field with a focus on Software Engineering.
• Strong experience in systems development, support, and maintenance.
• Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and related tools, including ETL design, development, and performance tuning.
• Solid knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, and proficiency in SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience in systems integration and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and Bitbucket.
