We are seeking an experienced and motivated Local Home Loan Specialist to join our Brisbane branch. In this role, you will provide exceptional, personalised lending support to both new and existing Members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide lending support for personal, credit card loans and mortgage applications.
  • Build strong relationships with Members and become a trusted point of contact.
  • Support Area Manager with business development initiatives.
  • Manage loan processing and distribution.
  • Career coaching and mentoring staff.
  • Lead mortgage retention program to ensure Member satisfaction.
About You

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Lending experience and sales skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Sound mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of Queensland Country products and services (desired).
