About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, results-driven Field and Partner Marketing Specialist to support our ANZ business. This Canberra or Sydney-based role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

You'll plan and execute integrated marketing programs and partner initiatives that build brand awareness, drive pipeline, and support our regional sales and channel goals. This role involves close collaboration with internal sales, product, demand gen, and partner teams, as well as key external partners and alliances.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and execute field marketing programs that support ANZ sales priorities and regional goals.

Partner closely with channel and alliance partners, developing and implementing joint marketing activities (e.g., campaigns, events, webinars, digital promotions).

Localise and deploy global marketing campaigns to suit ANZ market needs and personas.

Collaborate with the sales team to prioritise key accounts and align marketing activities with pipeline objectives.

Plan and run field events, roundtables, customer engagements, and industry sponsorships.

Support partner enablement, co-marketing programs, and demand generation initiatives.

Manage and track marketing budgets and MDF, ensuring ROI and spend alignment.

Monitor program performance, analyse results, and report back on KPIs and campaign impact.

Work with Salesforce and campaign tracking tools to ensure leads are properly attributed.

Collaborate with the global and regional marketing teams to align messaging, tools, and best practices.

What You Bring to the Team

3–5 years of experience in field or partner marketing, preferably in B2B technology.

Solid understanding of channel marketing models and experience working with distributors, resellers, or tech alliances.

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives across stakeholders.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Zift/Impartner (or similar marketing hubs), and campaign tracking systems.

Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to simplify the complex.

Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work across cross-functional teams and with external partners.

Results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
