Overview

Senior Consultant / Management Consultant role at Aurecon. Our Asset Management Advisory team helps clients maximize the value of their assets across the full lifecycle while supporting sustainable outcomes. With strong growth across Australia, we're looking for proactive Consultants to join our friendly national team. Projects span sectors such as transport, infrastructure, buildings, defence, energy, resources and utilities, offering variety and growth opportunities.

How your ideas contribute to what's next: you'll work with a mix of public and private clients to understand asset management needs and help solve real-world challenges. You'll have opportunities to develop your career into areas such as business development and client engagement, if that aligns with your interests.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end opportunity and engagement management, leading project teams to high quality outcomes for our platinum and key clients
  • Translate analysis outputs into real world decisions for a range of stakeholders
  • Develop and foster client relationships, understanding client problems and working with them to identify solutions in one or more of the following areas:
    • Develop and assess asset management strategies
    • Capital and operations performance improvements
    • Building effective asset management systems
    • Plan and conduct assessment of asset integrity and conditions
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore and build strong internal and external stakeholder networks
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in asset, commercial or mining project strategy
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Client management and engagement
  • Strong communication skill across all levels of the business
  • A willingness to learn and grow your skills
  • Professional qualifications in Engineering, Business or Accounting are highly desirable for this role, but not mandatory
