We are seeking an HSE Advisor to drive safety excellence across our operations at M2P Engineering, a market leader in construction, engineering and fabrication services.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading HSE initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards, conducting risk assessments and audits, delivering safety training and coaching, and supporting incident response and emergency management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HSE initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Deliver safety training and coaching to operational teams
- Support incident response and emergency management processes
- Provide expert advice to management on best practices for workplace safety
- Diploma or higher qualification in Work Health & Safety (WHS) or a related field
- Experience as an HSE Advisor in construction, fabrication, or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
