About the Role:

Reporting to the Executive Chef, we seek a talented full-time Chef de Partie with experience in breakfast service or banquet events. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting foods according to menus and recipes
  • Maintaining standards of presentation, quality, and portion control
  • Assisting in menu development with fresh ideas
  • Monitoring stock levels and communicating needs
  • Training and supervising junior staff

About You:

  • Diploma in Commercial Cookery
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness
  • Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for culinary excellence and high standards
