Overview

Your new role

Processing medium to high volume invoices. Creating and assisting staff with purchase orders. Matching PO\'s with supplier invoices. Following up staff and suppliers in resolving PO/invoice discrepancies. Assisting the accountant and accounts payable team with any ad-hoc duties. General administration duties and reception cover when needed.

What you\'ll need to succeed
  • Previous accounts payable administration experience and excellent data entry skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment while also working independently.
  • Will receive training on the company\'s accounting software; should have good technical skills to pick up new skills efficiently.
