Associate Product ManagerThe opportunity

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll embark on a journey to shape the future of business services through technological innovation and automation. Our relentless pursuit of excellence ensures that we not only meet but exceed our clients\' expectations, reinforcing our status as industry pioneers.

Our team is part of the Assurance practice, and we are committed to serving the public interest by conducting high-quality, data-driven audits with a strong sense of independence, integrity, and professional skepticism. This includes navigating the new frontier of risks and opportunities arising from climate change and sustainability issues. The Product team plays a key role in this mission by innovating how our multidisciplinary teams operate, combining a deep business insight with the latest technological advancements

This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of product marketing strategies for our most innovative technology projects both locally and globally
  • Engaging with products that incorporate cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, blockchain and advanced analytics
  • Maintain a work life balance through hybrid working
Skills and attributes for success
  • A strong passion for product management, innovation, disruption and technology with a focus on marketing
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a product or marketing role, preferably with exposure to product marketing in a tech-driven environment
  • Experience in delivering digital products and solutions using Design Thinking, Lean and Agile methodologies, market research, digital marketing and analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product value and innovation to diverse audiences
