Skills and Experience
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in mental health nursing (inpatient or community)
  • Current practicing certificate in Mental Health (Post Graduate in Mental Health)
  • Full working rights in Australia - SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a car or at least the intention to acquire these
  • 3+ years post-reg (for Clinical Nurse level)
  • Experience mentoring junior staff
  • Regional/rural health experience
  • Salary: $74,831 - $10,497 + super (based on experience level) + salary packaging
  • Free accommodation up to 6 months - family homes available
  • Relocation assistance (up to 13,500)
  • Streamlined onboarding process (approx. 2 weeks)
  • Sponsorship pathway available for AHPRA - registered international nurses

Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a Level AHP2 Social Worker to provide high-quality assessment and treatment services for inpatient, home, and community rehabilitation patients across Northern Adelaide. You will use your clinical experience and professional expertise to plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive, integrated services tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments for rehabilitation patients across inpatient, home, and community settings
  • Manage complex cases with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Social Work
  • Eligible for AASW registration
  • Proven experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings
  • SA Health experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong skills in assessments, discharge planning, and complex case management
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including booster
