Our Digital Fraud team is a dynamic and inclusive group of fraud experts working together to detect, prevent, and respond to digital fraud and scams. We use data-driven insights, cloud technologies, and cutting-edge AI tools to keep our customers and communities safe.

As a Data Analyst in this team, you'll play a key role in identifying fraud patterns, building analytical solutions, and contributing to the development of innovative strategies to combat emerging threats.

What you'll do

• Use data analytics to uncover fraud trends and generate actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement fraud detection solutions.

• Leverage cloud platforms like Snowflake and AWS to access and analyse large-scale datasets.

• Apply and experiment with different GenAI tools to enhance our workflow automation, fraud detection and prevention capabilities

• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and fraud tactics.

We're looking for someone who

• Has 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field

• Can tell us about the coolest GenAIexperiment you've run—or better yet, show us

• Has experience in modelling using R or Python, using version control and collaboration platforms like GitHub CoPilot.

• Is familiar with Snowflake, AWS Sagemaker,or , applying appropriate Machine Learning algorithms, and working and maintaining datasets using SQL.

• Has strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.

• Is a great communicator and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
