At Aussie Kindies Bacchus Marsh, we create a warm, family-focused environment where children feel safe, supported, and ready to thrive. Our dedicated educators, some with over 10 years of experience, provide tailored learning experiences. About The Role- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
