Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Cooma We are a small 46 place centre that thrives on our family grouping environments and our relationships with children. Our small team is very bubbly and friendly, working collaboratively every day — we are passionate educators We focus on building trusting relationships with children and their families. About the Role

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy.
• Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.

About you

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
• A current Working with Children's Check.
• Experience in achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance standards.
