Wests Group Macarthur is home to over 450 staff and 90,000 members, offering a great selection of bars, gaming lounges, award-winning function & event facilities, food outlets, and sporting facilities across our four local venues : Wests League Club, Country Club Gledswood Hills, Lakeside Golf Club, and The Sherwood.

We are currently recruiting for Bar, Gaming & Floor Staff to work in our fast-paced and vibrant venues.

Availability : You must be available to work our operational hours, which include late nights (including overnight shifts), weekends, and public holidays. This is a part-time position.

Benefits : We pay above the award wage, provide your roster 3 weeks in advance, and training is provided.

To Be Successful You Will Have The Following :

  • Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Availability to work across our core business hours - Thursday to Sunday.
  • An outstanding customer service personality, friendly and approachable.
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Current RSA & RCG Certificates.
  • Provisional or full Drivers Licence is also required.
