Victoria, BC | Full-Time | 30–40 hrs/week

Island Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning is a well-established, family-run business with over 15 years of trusted service in the Victoria community. We're growing — and looking for a reliable, motivated Cleaning Technician to join our crew

What We Offer:

Full-time hours (30–40/week) to start
Living wage pay, based on experience
Benefits available after probation period
On-the-job training – no experience necessary
Room for advancement in a supportive team environment

Job Requirements:

Valid Driver's License (clean abstract preferred)
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Comfortable working independently or with a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience in cleaning or trades is an asset — but we'll train the right candidate

Honest, dependable, and hard-working
Team-oriented but also self-motivated
Willing to learn and take pride in delivering quality work
