Your Opportunity to Lead with Purpose

We're looking for a dynamic, experienced leader to guide our Continuing Care and Functional Recovery Teams at headspace Southport. In this full-time, ongoing role, you'll provide both clinical and operational leadership to a team of up to 11 dedicated clinicians and specialist workers.

You'll work closely with our consultant psychiatrist and leadership team to :

  • Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Drive clinical governance and uphold Orygen model standards
  • Coordinate with the Meadowbrook Early Psychosis Hub for seamless service delivery

About the Teams You'll Lead

  • Continuing Care Team : Provides case management and care coordination for young people with complex needs.
  • Functional Recovery Team : Delivers innovative group programs (including adventure therapy) and individual recovery-focused support.
  • Specialist Services : Includes peer support, family work, and vocational / education coordination - all within a strong, collaborative framework.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based out of our headspace Southport office. The remuneration for this position will be commensurate with the successful applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience and will range between gross $106,379 and $111,094 per annum plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits.

You'll have

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience in multidisciplinary clinical settings
  • A deep understanding of youth development and mental health challenges
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and time management abilities
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for building high-performing teams
  • A current Australian Driver's License and QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
