About Us

We're looking for a Habit Coach who can guide corporate professionals toward sustainable health and performance improvements through proven behavioural strategies and personal accountability.

Your Role

As a Habit Coach, you'll work directly with employees of our partner organisations, helping them build routines that support mental clarity, physical well-being, and peak performance. You'll bring structure, empathy, and evidence-based tools to the coaching process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tailor coaching plans to the unique goals and workplace challenges of corporate professionals
  • Track engagement and progress, and provide regular feedback and encouragement
  • Collaborate with our wellness and program teams to refine offerings based on client feedback and outcomes
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
What You Bring
  • Strong background in health coaching, behavioral psychology, or wellness-related fields
  • Experience coaching professionals or working in a corporate environment is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, motivational, and organisational skills
  • Certification in health coaching, behavior change, or a related field preferred
  • Tech-literate and comfortable using coaching platforms or CRM systems
