We are looking for an experienced Concreter with Formwork experience looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to exciting civil infrastructure projects? We are seeking a Formwork Carpenter to join our construction crew and play a vital role in creating the structural framework for essential civil infrastructure projects.

  • Build, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precision and alignment to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, and plans to execute formwork tasks accurately.
  • Assist in concrete pouring, ensuring that the formwork is properly set and aligned for an impeccable finish.
  • Inspect formwork structures to ensure they meet the project's quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain and care for carpentry tools and equipment to ensure their longevity and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and solve any formwork-related issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter in civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of formwork construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Committed to safety standards and practices on construction sites.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Certification in carpentry or relevant trade qualifications is a plus.
