Overview

Customer Team Member
Location: 12-14 Broad Street, Launceston, PL15 8AE
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12.5 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: Sunday 14:00 - 22:15, Wednesday 17:00 - 22:15

Full, paid training provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed). You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service - put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience
  • Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Keep the store safe and compliant - ensure shelves are stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
  • Help introduce new products and services - share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns
  • Support the local community - get involved in activities and events
