About The role

Join our dynamic Operations team and help shape the future of automation across the bank. As an RPA Developer, you'll use your technical expertise and strategic mindset to design and deploy UiPath bots that enhance member experience, reduce operational risk, and improve staff satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

This Fixed Term Contract, full-time position reports to the Head of Organisational Process Excellence. You will be responsible for:

• Designing, building, testing, and deploying attended and unattended UiPath bots.
• Managing bot performance, troubleshooting, and production deployment.
• Supporting operational frameworks and automation governance.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Participating in agile development practices including sprints and scrums.
• Providing training and capability building across the bank.

Skills and Experience:

• RPA certification (UiPath required)
• Proven experience in RPA development and programming (.NET, C++, Java)
• Strong skills in business process mapping and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with Bitbucket, GIT, Excel Macros, and VBA
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Passion for emerging technologies including AI and analytics
