Our Out-of-School-Hours Educators are inspiring and influential figures shaping the next generation of young people. Acting as both teachers and role models, they provide engaging activities through our Before School, After School, and Vacation Care services for children from over 50 NSW schools. As part of our OSHC team, you'll ensure the safety and wellbeing of young minds, support our Coordinators, and foster a nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive.

About your new role- Provide fun and engaging activities for primary school-aged children.
- Assist in designing a calendar of inclusive and exciting program activities.
- Report to the Coordinators of our OSHC centres and support children across NSW.
- Follow development pathways to learn new skills and advance your career.
- Supportive of community and innovative in learning.
- Motivated to develop children outside of the classroom.
- Committed to providing supportive services for families.
- Dedicated to safeguarding and creating safe learning environments.
- Experience supervising and engaging with children.
- Ability to adhere to safeguarding priorities.
- Availability to supervise during Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care hours.
- Current First Aid HLTAID012 and CPR certifications.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Police Check (paid for by the Y).

Operating across 53 schools in NSW, our team of OSHC Educators and Coordinators deliver programs that include sports, arts, cooking, and more, ensuring a safe, inclusive environment that promotes development and wellbeing.
