CNC Machinist

Dalzell & Bagley Engineering provides design, maintenance, machining, and fabrication services.

Dalzell & Bagley seeks experienced CNC Machinists for its Archerfield manufacturing team. With over 40 years serving industries like transport, mining, gas, food, and packaging, the role involves operating various machines and materials in a modern workshop. Day, afternoon, and four-day week shifts are available.

Key responsibilities:

· Programming, setting, and operating CNC Mills using Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas Controls

· Quality assurance of components using precision measuring equipment

· Communicating with the Machine Shop Supervisor regarding improvement projects

· Reviewing job packs and drawings

Requirements:

· Previous experience with programming and setting Fanuc/Okuma controls

· Proficiency in 3D modelling, drafting, and CAM

· Attention to detail and methodical approach

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
