Overview

Solo Resource Recovery is a family owned and operated business providing waste and recycling services throughout Australia. We are seeking HR drivers to operate a sideloader waste vehicle. The position is full time and based at our Gateshead NSW site.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a sideloader waste vehicle as part of the Solo team.
  • Drive reliable, safe, well maintained vehicles.
  • Maintain a professional, team oriented work environment.
Qualifications
  • Have a HR licence as a minimum;
  • Have a good driving history; a current driving record will be required to be presented at the interview;
  • Be available to start early in the mornings;
  • Be reliable, honest and a team player;
  • Be safety conscious and able to adhere to Company OHS policies and best practice;
  • Possess good communications skills;
  • Have good attention to detail;
  • Have a can-do attitude and enthusiasm;
  • Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Pre-Employment

In accordance with our Company's recruitment process, all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical, which includes a drug test. A current driving history, with a good driving record will also need to be provided.
