About the role
A new 12-month fixed term full time opportunity as an POS (Point of Sale) Communications Coordinator has arisen within our Store Experience Marketing team.
This is a dynamic team where you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your exceptional project management skills.

What you'll do
Reporting to the National Instore Communications Manager, you'll tackle multiple tasks effortlessly, maintaining meticulous attention to detail while collaborating with external partners and a broad array of internal stakeholders across our brand and category teams.
You'll find excitement in delivering large-scale POS campaigns, ranging from collectibles to Christmas, while managing timelines and budgets effectively.
You'll also
- Engage our internal studio, external print and distribution partners to ensure quality outcomes are delivered on time.
- Help shape our POS standards, guidelines, and placement in stores.
About you and your skills
With 2+ years experience, you come from an inhouse marketing or agency background. You're a Junior Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Planner or Production / Account Manager, and demonstrate a real passion for customer experience and the in-store channel.
You'll also have
• A proactive, can do, and collaborative mindset.
• Confidence navigating cross-functional teams.
• Standout project management skills; keeping things on track, on time and to budget.
• Bonus points if you've worked with print production — with a strong grip on how customers engage with POS in-store.
