As a Home and Community Care worker, you will build quality relationships with elderly individuals.
We have lots of shifts available inCamberwell, Hawthorn, Malvern East and South Yarra.

ABOUT YOU
You have a real passion for your work as a carer and want to assist people to live as independently as possible in their home. Connecting with each client with good communication skills, compassionate and an empathic nature.
You will need to be willing to assist with day-to-day assistant needs for each individual client. These services could range from social support to personal care.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
At least 3 months experience in a community care setting
Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care
Current National Police Check
Current NDIS Card
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Covid vaccination and state government booster requirements
Driver's licence, reliable car, and mobile phone (essential)
