Overview

Retail Team Member at JB Hi-Fi. This role involves creating, supporting, and contributing to a high performance culture with a focus on delivering great customer experience across the store.

Responsibilities
  • Helping across a number of areas within our stores, from customer facing to back of house
  • Providing a high level of customer service before, during and after the sale
  • Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes
Qualifications
  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
  • Customer focus and result driven
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
