VINCI CARBONE is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Melbourne, VIC. As a full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial real estate business, creating engaging marketing campaigns and content to promote our property listings. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in an established, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and eventsCreate compelling property listings, brochures, and other marketing collateralManage and update the company's website and social media channelsAssist with event planning and coordinationProvide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams as requiredCollaborate with the broader marketing and business development team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field are an advantage2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing or advertising role, preferably in the real estate or property industryStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging contentProficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Adobe InDesign, social media platforms, and content management systemsExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesA collaborative and proactive approach, with a keen eye for detailAdvanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMSMust have permanent right to work in Australia and be willing to undergo a background check
