About the Job
This newly created Sales Manager role is pivotal in driving Gym Bod's next phase of growth. Your mission? To spearhead entry into the supplement store channel nationally while scaling the independent grocery channel. You'll be the go-to for building and executing strategy, securing ranging, and turning early traction into long-term success.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Channel Expansion: Build and execute the plan to gain ranging in supplement retailers nationwide.
  • Hunting & Account Management: Win new business, then nurture strong partnerships.
  • Distributor Management: Partner with distributors across most states to drive promotions and flawless execution.
  • Insights & Reporting: Use data tools (Circana, Quantium) to track progress and implement CRM systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, logistics, and marketing to deliver seamless execution.
  • Travel: Regular interstate trips and an induction week in QLD to connect with the team and manufacturing hub.
What We're Looking For
We're after a sales gun who:
  • Has industry credibility in the supplement or independent grocery space, with networks and relationships to match.
  • Combines hunter mentality with strong account management skills – comfortable breaking new ground and locking in wins.
  • Brings commercial smarts, proven experience in building distribution, and negotiating at head office level.
  • Is passionate about health, wellness, and better-for-you food – someone who genuinely "gets" the consumer.
  • Sees the opportunity for future career growth.
