Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist

We are an established family-oriented dental practice with over 30 years of service in East Geelong, seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant / Dental Receptionist for full-time or part-time work (3-4 days).

We value reliability, enthusiasm, high ethical standards, and a patient-centered approach.

You will primarily assist chair-side and occasionally perform reception duties. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Ideal candidates will need to:

  • Have a caring attitude towards team members and patients.
  • Possess 1-2 years of dental assisting experience.
  • Be capable of multitasking in a team environment.
  • Have a warm, friendly personality.
  • Demonstrate good organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Show initiative and work independently when necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Chair-side assisting and sterilization.
  • Handle phone calls and manage appointment schedules.
  • Process HICAPS claims and manage accounts.
  • Liaise with patients and practitioners.
