The Opportunity

This is a fast-paced and collaborative role working within our Employee Relations team to provide ongoing support to our network on a national level. Being one of the first points of contact for ER enquiries through all communication channels whilst providing support in executing employee documentation and employment contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with centres on outstanding compliance tasks
  • Assisting with generating employment contracts and letters
  • Providing timely guidance on internal policies and processes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and facilitating employment changes through our HRIS – UKG Dimensions
  • Working with high volume, sensitive data in a timely and professional manner
About You
  • Solution-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Developed skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Formal qualifications in HR or a related discipline
  • Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement
