The Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a forward-thinking People & Culture Business Partner to join our high-energy, collaborative team based in Perth CBD. If you're passionate about creating positive workplace culture and want to help shape an organisation's people strategy — this is for you.
As a trusted business partner reporting to our General Manager of People & Culture, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative and people-first solutions across the business. From driving strategic initiatives to championing cultural transformation, this is your chance to do meaningful work that has an impact.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to leaders across the organisation, providing practical, forward-thinking advice that drives performance, culture, and engagement. You'll support managers through employee relations matters, help resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
You'll take the lead on strategic initiatives that shape our workplace culture – from leadership development programs and recognition frameworks to values-led change and continuous improvement. Whether it's reviewing and enhancing policies, interpreting awards and industrial instruments, or designing and delivering targeted training sessions, your work will ensure we remain agile, people-focused, and future-ready.
