About the role

Thiess is seeking experienced Dozer, Truck and other Multi-Skilled Operators for our new Muswellbrook Coal Mine Rehabilitation Project. You will be a part of small crews and will work a 5/2 (Mon-Fri hour dayshift and 4/ hour afternoon shift.

You will be an Experienced Operator, with the following competencies:

  • D10/ D11 Dozer (Bulk push experience essential)
  • CAT Mechanical 777

  • Proven abilities operating heavy earth moving machinery in a civil or mining environment
  • Initiative and a flexible approach to work
  • Good communication skills with the willingness to be part of a high-performance team
  • Commitment to the highest safety, community and environmental standards
  • Ability to work to directions and be self-motivated
