We're expanding our technical team and looking for a Photocopier & Print Technician to start immediately.

What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain & repair multifunction printers, copiers & scanners
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using diagnostic tools
  • Perform preventative maintenance & one-time fixes
  • Update service records in ICE CRM
  • Deliver consumables & support clients on-site
  • Collaborate with vendors & internal teams

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in print or electromechanical servicing
  • Strong diagnostic & customer service skills
  • CRM familiarity (ICE preferred)
  • Ability to work independently & manage time effectively
  • Current Driver's Licence & full working rights in Australia
