Administration Assistant – Community Life and Activation

  • Permanent Full-Time (35 hours per week)
  • Salary range from $78,239.04 - $84,692.74 per annum + 12% superannuation
  • Generous Leave Provisions + Flexi Time

We are currently seeking a proactive, process-orientated Administration Assistant with a "Can do attitude" to support an outgoing & fun Community Life and Activation executive/team.

The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the Community Life Executive and the wider team to enable the department to operate in the most productive and efficient manner, while seeking innovative ways to undertake tasks to improve performance.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
  • Relevant job-related experience in a similar environment.
  • Supporting a fast paced and high energy senior leader.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with the Community Life and Activation team.
  • Demonstrates organisational and time management skills to meet defined deadlines.
  • Extensive diary management (managing multiple diaries).
  • Extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong IT literacy.
  • Management of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Demonstrates commitment to the provision of exceptional customer services.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of initiative.
