CROSSMARK is seeking new talent to join their dynamic team supporting Australia's popular brands, Optus & amaysim

Job description

  • Competitive casual hourly rate of $32.79 + $0.98 per km + superannuation
  • Autonomous, flexible working hours, promoting work-life balance
  • Casual shifts Monday to Friday, approximately 20 hours per week
  • Tasks scheduled 5-7 days in advance

The role

Build relationships with store managers and team members to effectively complete tasks, including building displays and merchandising Optus & amaysim products in retail stores. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with expanding partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining high-quality point of sale displays and planograms in stores
  • Discussing additional promotional space for various products with store staff
  • Achieving targets across Grocery, Petrol & Convenience, and Mass Merchant stores in your territory
  • Managing your retail territory and reporting daily with quality photos via the StoreTrack app

Requirements:

  • Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle (Learner's Permit not accepted)
