Job Title : Trade Store Retail Assistant
Location : Dandenong
Employment Type : (Full-Time)
Start Time : Early Morning Shifts (6 : 00 AM Start)
About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trade Store Retail Assistant to join our team. This hands-on role involves a mix of customer service, merchandising, and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced trade environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys early starts and working in a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service to trade and retail clients
Assist with in-store merchandising and stock presentation
Pick, pack, and manage incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Operate forklifts and manual handling equipment (if licensed)
Support team members with general store duties as required
Requirements :
Previous experience in retail, trade supply, or warehouse environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings
Forklift license (advantageous but not essential)
