With decades of industry expertise and a strong reputation for innovation and technology, our client is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join their growing team.

The Role

As Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Key duties include:

  1. Receipting and dispatching of goods, including verification against purchase orders and certification checks (ISO 9001 standards).
  2. Conducting regular stock checks, maintaining organised storage, and ensuring accurate order fulfilment.
  3. Coordinating transport and courier services to ensure timely dispatch.
  4. Handling and storing hazardous/sensitive materials appropriately.
  5. Maintaining equipment and reporting any repair needs.
  6. Supporting safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards.
About You

The ideal candidate will be motivated, hands-on, and eager to develop within the business. You will bring:

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse or logistics (oil & gas, mining, or industrial sectors highly regarded).
  2. Valid forklift and driver's licence.
  3. Strong organisational skills with proven experience in stock control/inventory management.
  4. Solid communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  5. Commitment to safety and maintaining a professional warehouse environment.
  6. Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook).
