Retail Manager

Victoria's Basement is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team in our Brisbane store. As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales and profitability, and leading a high-performing retail team. This is a full-time position based in our Brisbane CBD location.
What you'll be doing- Manage and lead a team of retail associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Drive sales and profitability through effective inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Ensure the store is operating efficiently and effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Analyse store data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate strategies
- Foster a positive and engaging store environment to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with the regional and head office teams on strategic initiatives and projects
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability through effective merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
