An exciting opportunity to step into a Senior Accountant role within a leading ASX-listed property group. Working across finance and operations, you'll deliver insights that guide decision-making and strengthen performance across a diverse property portfolio. You'll take ownership of reporting, forecasting, and controls, while developing a direct report and contributing to projects such as acquisitions and ERP improvements.

What you'll be doing :
  1. Preparing management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  2. Delivering balance sheet reconciliations and supporting audit processes
  3. Partnering with property and asset management teams to provide commercial insights
  4. Supporting acquisitions, due diligence, and ERP system improvements
  5. Mentoring and developing a junior team member

  1. CA / CPA qualified with 3+ years' post-qualified experience

  4. Curious, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment
  5. Previous property or multi-site experience highly regarded
