Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Team Member is an integral member of our customer-facing team and will deliver store operations activities in support of a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling and banking integrity, tendering transactions, and stock integrity.
- Manage store multi-channel fulfilment and telephone enquiries; support marketing and promotional activity.
- Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and control of expenses.
- Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures; work collaboratively to deliver a consistent store and channel experience and resolve customer queries.
- Support quality merchandising, in-store marketing and presentation to strengthen the brand and store experience.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and development opportunities.
